The seller is one of the best. I ordered this indoor unit on the advice of a local engineer after he had damaged my original indoor unit beyond repair whilst trying to diagnose a fault (The engineer is not connected to this seller in any way). When this item arrived we had a different competent local engineer come to fit it and I was told it was actually the outdoor unit all along. I explained the situation to the seller who went out of his way to help even though he was not obliged to, Thanks!!
